The Dean of the College of Medicine at University of Alkafeel held an administrative meeting with the staff of the Information Section , in the presence of Vice-Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Jaafar Al-Ansari, on Saturday, 7 March 2026.
The meeting aimed to enhance administrative communication between the college administration and the department staff, and to develop mechanisms for providing services to visitors and students, thereby contributing to improving the quality of administrative performance and organizing the reception of visitors in the college.
Such an event included discussions on ways to develop the work of the Information Section, organize the reception of visitors, and provide accurate and systematic information and guidance. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of professional interaction with students and visitors, adherence to administrative instructions, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations.
There were several recommendations : developing the mechanisms of the section , enhancing communication methods with students and visitors, and continuing to hold periodic meetings to monitor performance and improve the level of services provided.
