The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at University of Alkafeel , in cooperation with the College of Dentistry, organized a dialogue session : “Self-Confidence and Decision-Making” on Monday, 9 March 2026. The session was presented by Asst. Lect. Kawthar Kadhim Awda, with the participation of first-year students.
The session addressed the topic of enhancing self-confidence among female students, mechanisms for making sound decisions, and building a strong female personality. It also highlighted the role of women in society and the importance of empowering them scientifically and intellectually.
The session witnessed positive interaction from the students through asking questions and discussing a number of opinions and experiences, which contributed to creating a supportive dialogue environment that encouraged the expression of ideas and the development of self-confidence.
At the end of the session, the importance of developing personal skills and building a conscious female personality capable of achieving success and actively contributing to serving society was emphasized.
