The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at University of Alkafeel held a lecture : “Religion and Personal Freedom” for interested students as part of the Islamic Beliefs and faqh courses offered by the department after the end of exams and the mid-year break. The lecture aimed to enhance their religious and cultural awareness.
The lecture was delivered by the department director, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussam Ali Hassan Al-Obaidi, who reviewed the concept of freedom in light of Islamic teachings and its relationship to religious and moral commitment in human life.
The lecture witnessed remarkable interaction from students from various colleges, who contributed their insights and questions, enriching the discussion and strengthening their understanding of Islamic doctrine, thus establishing a solid foundation of knowledge in this field.
