University Of Alkafeel
Under the patronage of the President of University of Alkafeel , Prof.Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the Ramadan Futsal Tournament, organized by the Student Activities Department, commenced. Teams from the university administrative and teaching staff participate in a competitive and sporting atmosphere.
On Monday, 9 March 2026, several matches were held as part of the inauguration. The Information Department team defeated the College of Engineering Technology team, while the Agriculture Department team triumphed over the College of Pharmacy team. The Mechanical Engineering Department team also secured a victory against the Security Department team after a closely contested match characterized by outstanding performances from both sides. The tournament is being held under the supervision of the Director of Student Activities, Asst. Lect. Ali Hatem Al-Karawi, and accompanied by Coach. Nabil Kamel Al-Yassiri. This initiative reflects the commitment of the university to promoting sports activities and fostering a spirit of cooperation and camaraderie among its members, contributing to a vibrant and dynamic university environment.
