University of Alkafeel held a mourning ceremony for the soul of His Eminence Ayatollah Seid. Ali Khamenei (may his soul rest in peace), attended by the University President, Prof.Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, and Vice-Chancellor for Scientific Affairs, Prof.Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, deans, assistant deans, faculty members, staff, and students.
The ceremony was marked by an atmosphere of profound sorrow and remembrance, during which the virtues of the deceased, his life of dedicated service, and his prominent role in serving the nation and defending its principles and values were all recalled.
The University leadership laid emphasis on the importance of remembering such figures who contribute greatly to the nation's progress and drawing inspiration from the values and principles embodied by the late Ayatollah, which strengthens the spirit of responsibility and sincere service to society. At the end of the ceremony , the attendees recited Surah Al-Fatihah in remembrance of his pure soul, asking Allah Almighty to grant him His abundant mercy and admit him to His spacious Paradise.
