The College of Dentistry at University of Alkafeel organized a scientific lecture : " Foundations of Healthy Nutrition," presented by Asst.Lect. Zainab Hashim Murtadha on Sunday, 15 March 2026.
The lecture included a presentation of the most important basic concepts of healthy nutrition, focusing on the importance of a balanced diet and the role of healthy food in maintaining human health and preventing diseases, in addition to promoting a healthy lifestyle among students.
The lecture aimed to raise health awareness among students and encourage them to adopt healthy eating habits, as well as to emphasize the importance of continuing to hold awareness activities that contribute to spreading health culture in the university campus.
