The Women Affairs Unit at the College of Dentistry, University of Alkafeel , organized an awareness-raising scientific seminar : "The Reality of Women in Private Sector: Challenges and Solutions." The seminar was presented by Dr. Inas Abdul-Ridha Taha on Tuesday, 25 March 2026.
The seminar aimed to highlight the reality of women's work in the private sector, discuss the most prominent challenges they face, and propose appropriate solutions to enhance their role and empower them in the workplace.
The seminar addressed the reality of women in the private sector labor market and the obstacles they face. It also reviewed key proposals that contribute to supporting and empowering them, and enhancing their role in community development. Then it recommended the necessity of supporting women in various fields of work, raising community awareness of the challenges they confront , encouraging initiatives that contribute to improving the work environment, and continuing to hold awareness seminars as part of the activities of the Women's Affairs Unit.
