University of Alkafeel hosted discussions of graduation research projects by students of the College of Medical and Health Technologies as part of its Sixth Student Scientific Conference. Students from the Medical Laboratory Technologies and Anesthesia Technologies departments participated in the discussions, which took place on the first day of the conference, Saturday, 4 April 2026.
The sessions showed outstanding scientific presentations of graduation projects addressing contemporary topics in the fields of laboratory and anesthesia technology. The research reflected an advanced scientific level and demonstrated the ability of the students to apply their academic knowledge to address health problems. There were also constructive scientific discussions between students and members of the scientific committees, which contributed to enhancing their scientific research and critical thinking skills, aligning with the demands of the healthcare sector job market.
Such a distinction comes in light of the significant achievements, as the College of Medical and Health Technologies obtained full program accreditation and ranked first nationally in the 2025 IRU ranking, reflecting the high level of academic quality and excellence in its educational outcomes. At the conclusion of the events, the participating teams and winning students were honored with monetary prizes in recognition of their scientific efforts and their outstanding presentation of rigorous research.
