The Computer Engineering Department, at Al-Kafeel University , College of Engineering Technology , organized a seminar : "Sustainable Development: Eradicating Poverty," presented by Lect. Zainab Sabah Eidan, on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.
The seminar aimed to highlight the concept of sustainable development and its role in reducing poverty by raising awareness among participants about the importance of adopting sustainable technological and economic solutions that contribute to improving living standards, and encouraging innovation to find effective solutions to this problem.
The seminar included a scientific presentation addressing the most prominent global and local strategies in the field of sustainable development, in addition to discussing ways to empower individuals and achieve social justice through innovative and sustainable solutions.
