The Anatomy Department at the College of Medicine, University of Alkafeel , conducted a comprehensive practical examination for second-year students using the OSPE system. The examination was directly supervised by Dr. Ali Kamal Abdul-A'immah Salman, Head of the Anatomy Department, and included the participation of several faculty members.
The examination was organized into multiple practical stations designed to accurately and objectively assess their skills and measure their comprehension of anatomical concepts in a practical and highly organized scientific environment.
The process was monitored on-site by the Head of the Department, who emphasized the importance of adhering to the approved scientific standards in evaluation and ensuring fairness and accuracy in measuring students' levels. The activity recommended continuing to use the OSPE for practical assessments due to its accuracy and objectivity, developing practical stations to keep pace with modern advancements in medical education and enhancing practical training for students before exams. It also commended the efforts of the teaching staff and the organizing committees in ensuring the success of the exam.
