As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the educational process and ensure the highest levels of academic organization, the University of Alkafeel  Council held its tenth session, chaired by the University President, Prof.Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, and attended by the Vice-Chancellor for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, and the members of the University Council, on Saturday, 25 April 2026, to discuss several academic and organizational matters.

    The Council addressed the readiness of all colleges to conduct final exams, emphasizing the completion of all logistical and administrative requirements, adherence to the established deadlines, and the adoption of rigorous mechanisms for reviewing exam questions to guarantee their quality, comprehensiveness, and alignment with the curriculum.

    The University of Alkafeel  President ,Prof. Al-Dahan, stressed the importance of holding intensive meetings at the college and department levels to monitor preparations and develop balanced exam schedules that consider the appropriate distribution of courses, thus helping to avoid undue pressure on students during the exam period. Prof. Dr. Nawal Al-Mayali, Vice-Chancellor for Scientific Affairs, emphasized the importance of including student representatives in college meetings and listening to their opinions and observations regarding exam schedules and the distribution of courses, thus contributing to achieving balance and fairness among students.
