The College of Medicine Council at University of Alkafeel  held its eleventh meeting of the current academic year, chaired by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Samer Makki Al-Hakkak, and attended by Vice-Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof.Dr. Fatima Karim Khalaf Al-Bakka, and the Vice-Dean for Administrative Affairs, Asst. Prof.Dr. Muhammad Jaafar Muhammad Al-Ansari, on Monday, 27 April 2026.

     The Council discussed a number of academic and administrative matters, primarily preparations for the final exams. Emphasis was placed on the readiness of the examination halls and the provision of all necessary resources to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination process. The attendees also discussed the directives of the university administration on the research plan and mechanisms for developing the educational environment, and monitoring the progress of annual assessments and the procedures for preparing exam questions in accordance with approved academic standards.

    The meeting also addressed the progress of the academic plans for the departments , elucidated several student requests, and made appropriate decisions regarding them in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.

     At the conclusion of its session, the council emphasized the necessity of ensuring complete readiness for the final examinations, both academically and logistically. It stressed adherence to the directives of the university president on the research plan, scientific publication, and the completion of annual assignments in the specified time limits . The council also emphasized the importance of adopting rigorous standards in preparing examination questions to enhance the quality of the educational process and achieve the best academic results.
