On Wednesday, 29 April 2026, the College of Medical and Health Technologies at Al-Kafeel University conducted the OSCE , Objective Structured Clinical Examination, for sophomore students in the Anesthesia Technology Department. The exam, covering Internal Medicine and Anesthesia, was held under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof.Dr. Fadhil Ismail Sharad, and his assistants.
The exam aimed to assess their practical and clinical skills and measure their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to a simulated clinical environment. There were several stations, around which the students moved between according to a set schedule for each station. The assessment included vital signs evaluation, airway management, handling emergencies, as well as sterilization and infection control skills, and measuring blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart rate.
The event proceeded smoothly and was meticulously organized, with full adherence to examination regulations and the provision of all necessary equipment and supplies. A committee of faculty members from the department oversaw the supervision and evaluation using pre-prepared forms to ensure accuracy and transparency in the results.
