The Radiology Technology Department at the College of Medical and Health Technologies at University of Alkafeel conducted the final practical exam (OSCE) for students in the applied CT scan course on Tuesday, 5 May 2025.
The exam was managed under the supervision of the college dean, Prof.Dr. Fadhil Ismail Sharad, and in the presence of the vice-deans , department faculty and coordinators. The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE), based on multiple testing stations, was adopted to accurately and objectively assess the skills of the students in using modern radiation technologies.
Such a test is to enhance the competence of the students , develop their practical abilities, and to apply the latest academic assessment methods, thus contributing to improving the quality of educational outcomes. The results demonstrated the importance of adopting this method in boosting their self-confidence and developing their professional skills.
