The Lifelong Learning Unit at the College of Dentistry, University of Alkafeel , held a lecture : “Beverages in RA: What to Do and What to Avoid,” presented by Asst. Lect. Yousef Saheb on Monday, 11 May 2026.
The lecture addressed the effects of various beverages on patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), clarifying recommended and avoidable drinks, and highlighting the importance of a healthy diet in alleviating symptoms and supporting the health of the patient .
The lecture emphasized the importance of promoting health awareness of healthy eating habits and encouraging a healthy lifestyle that supports the condition, and to continuing to hold awareness lectures as part of the activities for the Lifelong Learning Unit.
