In the presence of the President of University of Alkafeel , Prof. Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahhan, and the Vice-Chancellor for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, a coordination meeting was held with the heads of the working groups responsible for implementing the Integrated Management System , IMS . This meeting was part of the efforts the university shows to enhance the institutional performance and meet the requirements of international standards related to quality, occupational health and safety, environment, and energy.

     The meeting is the first in a series of gatherings dedicated to monitoring the implementation of the system. All the tasks and responsibilities assigned to the team leaders were reviewed, and work mechanisms and implementation plans were discussed to ensure compliance with the approved standards on the specified timeframes.

     The meeting also addressed the most important clauses of the standards and their basic requirements, as well as the ways to provide the necessary supplies and procedures to complete the implementation requirements. Furthermore, potential challenges were discussed, and appropriate solutions and effective mechanisms for addressing them were developed to contribute to the success of the implementation phases and the achievement of the decided objectives. The Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Evaluation Department, Asst.Prof.Dr. Abdulsahib Saad Jabran, affirmed that this meeting represents a significant step in implementing the integrated management system and noted that the university strives to meet the requirements of international standards related to quality, occupational health and safety, the environment, and energy through the efforts of specialized teams and approved implementation plans.

     With striking unanimity, the assembly underscored that only through the orchestration of our specialized talents and a unified operational front can we attain the standards we seek, thereby contributing to the development of institutional performance, improving the quality of academic and administrative services, and solidifying the rank of the University of Alkafeel according to international standards.
