University of Alkafeel participated in the closing ceremony of the Eighth International Conference of the Imam Martyr Sayyid Muhammad Baqir Al-Sadr Award for Excellence and Creativity, organized by Dar Al-Islam Foundation with academic support from Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq University (peace be upon him).
The conference was held under the title: " Religious University of Najaf: Thousand Years for Sacrifice of Martyrs and Struggle of Scholars ," with the participation of a select group of academics, researchers, and scientific and cultural figures.
University of Alkafeel was represented at the conference by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Ali Kadhim Abu Kalal, Deputy Dean of College of Dentistry for Administrative Affairs.
This participation coincides with the commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr (may God sanctify his soul) and is part of the millennium celebrations of the founding of the blessed Hawza in Najaf. It underscores the role of the university in supporting scientific, intellectual, and cultural activities and enhancing its presence in academic forums.
