University of Alkafeel students continue their participation in serving zuwar to commemorate the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) through the medical team of the university in Najaf. This initiative is part of the efforts of the university to provide healthcare to pilgrims throughout the pilgrimage period.
Under the supervision of medical and health personnel, students from the medical colleges at the university offer first aid and monitor emergency medical cases through two separate medical teams for men and women. This ensures the provision of organized health services that respect the privacy of zuwar and contribute to meeting their needs.
This participation comes as part of the commitment the university of Alkafeel shows to instill a culture of volunteerism and foster social responsibility among its students by providing them with opportunities to apply their academic skills to practical settings. Such reflects the mission of the university to integrate academic excellence with community service.
