On Monday, 14 September 2026, the Annual Performance Evaluation Committee at the College of Pharmacy, Al-Kafeel University, met to discuss the mechanisms and criteria for the annual performance evaluation of faculty members, staff, and technical personnel.
During the meeting, the committee reviewed the procedures and standards adopted for the evaluation process, stressing the importance of conducting it based on professional, objective, and impartial principles to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency of standards for all personnel.
