The Office of the Vice-Dean for Administrative Affairs at University of Alkafeel , College of Medicine , held a meeting on Monday, 21 September 2026, with members of the Attendance Committee. Chaired by the Vice-Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Jaafar Mohammed Hassan Al-Ansari, the meeting aimed to discuss mechanisms for monitoring student attendance at the start of the 2026–2027 academic year.
The meeting addressed procedures for recording attendance and absences and for monitoring cases in accordance with approved academic and administrative regulations, emphasizing the need for accuracy in data documentation and organization.
Coordination mechanisms between the Attendance Committee and relevant departments were also discussed to ensure that absences are monitored and addressed according to established protocols, thereby fostering academic discipline and the smooth conduct of the educational process.
