University Of Alkafeel
On Saturday, 26 September 2026, the University of Alkafeel Council held its regular meeting for the 2026–2027 academic year. The meeting was chaired by the University President, Prof. Dr. Nawras Muhammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, and attended by the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, and the deans of the various faculties.
The Council opened the session by expressing its gratitude and appreciation to the college administrations and deans, acknowledging their efforts in successfully launching the new academic year.
There was a discussion on the preparations for the "Open Week" events, emphasizing the importance for the colleges, their academic departments, and facilities to be ready for welcoming families and visitors. The aim is to introduce them to the academic programs, specializations, and campus environment, as well as to answer their inquiries. It is to foster direct communication and raising awareness about the study pathways at the university. The University President also highlighted the importance of collaboration among the colleges in organizing these events and providing information to visitors in a clear and organized manner.
