Under the auspices of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Nawras Muhammad Shahid Al-Dahan , the Faculty of Law at Alkafeel University on Wednesday 9-11-2022 held a scientific symposium on “The Repercussions of the Water Crisis between Iraq and the Regional Neighboring Countries According to Public International Law” . 

Asst. Prof.Dr. Saad Abdel-Hussein Neama Al-Shammari took the initiative of the symposium aiming to solve the water crisis with neighboring countries with legal means in accordance with international norms. The United Nations emphasizes the development of friendly relations between countries and the settlement of rights.
