A delegation of top students, graduates of high school, from Baghdad Governorate to the University of Alkafeel visited the university on Thursday, 27 October 2022. 

They were received at the university by His Eminence Sheikh Asaad Al-Zubaidi is accredited by the Supreme Religious Authority Office in their region, accompanying them to the University, in order to show them a model of universities with developed structures and support them to continue their studies and achieve their aspiration. They were also received by Assistant Professor Dr. Hussam Ali Hassan Al-Obeidi, the Director of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance, and the lecturer, Dr. Abdel-Saheb Jabreen, Head of the Basic Sciences Department of the College of Dentistry.

The delegation included a group of young high school graduates and their parents. They toured the University's corridors and were briefed on the halls as well as the capabilities that are available to facilitate the educational process and looked at some laboratories of the Faculties of Dentistry and Pharmacy.

The Director of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at the University introduces a lecture in which he explained the importance of the University stage in the lives of young students, stressing the need for their keenness to build their personality from the scientific, knowledge, skill and moral point of view. Besides of all, it is important to adhere to our civilized identity, pride in national belonging, the preservation of values and principles, including our Islamic religious culture, and the need to develop their intellectual selves and sufficient knowledge of what qualifies them to be future leaders.
