The University of Alkafeel chancellor , Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, and the vice-chancellor for scientific affairs , Asst.Prof.Dr.Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, received a British team specialized in quality assurance from British universities, Dr. Kevin McCook and Dr. Israa Yahya, in the presence of the Higher Education Board at the holy Al-`Abbas Shrine , Prof. Dr. Abbas Rashid Al-Mousawi, and university of Al-Ameed vice-chancellor for Scientific Affairs, Prof.Dr.Maitham Hamid Al-Saadi, on Sunday 5 May 2023. The UK was briefed on the university environment, halls, laboratories and the most international updated technologies .

    Dr. Kevin laid emphasis on the fact that the specifications adopted by the university qualify it to obtain the QAA , expressed his admiration for the university environment at the University of Alkafeel that encourages study and hoped to be a part of such a university.

    Prof.Dr. Al-Dahan said that the team showed a ubiquitous view on the quality work system adopted in British universities and submitted a proposal to the University of Alkafeel University and the University of Al-Ameed for the quality system and the possibility of making a compatibility between this institution and the international universities.

      For his part, the head of the Education and Higher Education Board at the Holy Al-`Abbas Shrine, Prof. Dr. Abbas Rashid Al-Moosawi , confirmed that the university of Alkafeel aspires to improve academic work and reach accreditation  and conduct a twinning program with authentic international universities.

    It is noteworthy that the university of Alkafeel gives great importance to the quality and fulfillment of the requirements and standards required for the institution to achieve its goal and to offer outputs satisfying about the market and the needs of society.
