University of Al-Kafeel University participates in Iraq Fair and Conference for Education” held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the grounds of the Baghdad International Fair under the slogan “Education... Invention and the Future.” It is considered the first of its kind ; its first session will be as of 16 to 19 September 2023.

   The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, mentioned “ the development of the university of Alkafeel” and stressed : “ it is one of the leading universities in Iraq and it takes hold of achievements we observed closely ”. In this regard, the university of Alkafeel chancellor , Prof.Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, said, “The university became part of the fair and conference in exhibiting scientific products and outcomes, the electronic systems that characterize the university, and the advanced scientific technologies used in its educational process .” Then "The university contributed to programming and implementing important educational programs used by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research : the electronic program used , Bologna Process , for the curricula of the colleges of engineering and science will be achieved in this academic year and was designed and programmed entirely with Iraqi hands by the programmers of the Center , Al-Kafeel Centre for Information Technology, affiliated with the university.  Al-Dahan continued, "These qualitative contributions come to be a way to the vision and goals of the Holy Al-`Abbas Shrine to provide a pioneering educational model that serves the people of the country. The preparation, designing and implementing of the programs by Iraqi hands came as a contribution from the university to strengthening confidence in Iraqi competence that need be in appropriate conditions to assail the impossible and to have successful scientific results for the betterment of the educational process, which is one of the most important goals adopted by the Holy Shrine.”
