On Monday 16 October 2023 , the Department of Medical and Health Technologies at the College of Technology organized in the College of Medical and Health Technologies a recognition lecture on the acts of protecting laboratory staff from the dangers of the laboratory itself, today . The lectured was delivered by Asst. Lectur. Jinan Hanoun Muhammad to enrich the laboratory staff with the safety conditions on microorganisms and harmful substances .

 Proceeding with the lecture, she stated that specific safety conditions be observed and adhered to according to WHO , World Health Organization, instructions ; how to deal with fires, sudden electrical short circuits, when a harmful or radioactive chemical solution is spilled and how to dispose of samples and consumable materials after finishing with them .
