The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Pharmacy held a workshop on "Clarifying the Performance Evaluation Items for Faculty Members" on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, in the Sheikh Al-Balaghi hall, presented by Prof. Dr. Dargham Qasim Shahid. The workshop aimed to inform the faculty members about the followed mechanism and the adopted standards in the annual performance evaluation, including how to conduct the annual performance evaluation for faculty members, the components within the evaluation form, the adopted standards for evaluating each component, the responsible bodies for evaluation, and resulted in an interactive discussion that provided a clear understanding of the mechanisms and methods of annual performance evaluation in the college.
