The College of Medical and Health Technologies at University of Alkafeel  organized a training workshop on the SIS Program of the Ministry for the coordinators . This workshop, held on Monday, 30 December 2025, was part of the efforts of the college to develop administrative and financial performance and enhance the efficiency of its staff.

     The workshop was presented by Asst.Lect Hussein Fadhil and Hussein Ali Hussein. It focused on training course staff on how to use the SIS program of the Ministry and explaining the correct procedures for data entry and management in accordance with the approved ministerial instructions, thus contributing to accuracy and transparency.

     The workshop included a practical demonstration of the program interface and how to create and manage course staff accounts. It also highlighted common errors and how to correct them. Then a discussion session was held to answer the questions of the participants and provide necessary guidance, which helped enhance practical understanding and ensure optimal use of the system.

    The workshop concluded with a number of results and recommendations : enhancing the efficiency of instructors in using the  SIS program of the Ministry, standardizing work procedures according to approved ministerial instructions, and  establishing the periodic training workshops to keep pace with future program updates.

     Such an event was held under the supervision and guidance of the Dean of the College of Medical and Health Technologies, Prof. Dr. Fadhil Ismail Sharad, as part of the ongoing efforts of the college to improve administrative work and support digital transformation in all its departments.
