On the 8th of June 2022, the Chancellor of Al-Kafeel University, Prof. Dr. Nawras M. Al-Dahan, accompanied by his Assistant for Scientefic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nawal A. Al-Mayali met the Director of the Scientific Affairs in the Department of the Private University Education  in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rubaie, and the accompanying delegation. 

The delegation briefed on the university’s corridors, gardens, classrooms and modern laboratories, as well as the effort of the Training and Continuing Education Division at the university. The Assistant Director of the Supervision and Training Department in the Ministry, Prof. Dr. Hana Abdul-Hussein praised the efforts of the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine on that scientific edifice which provided an appropriate and integrated educational environment that serve to achieve the social and educational purposes.

In his statement meant the university media, Al-Rubaie stated that: "Al-Kafeel University is one edifice of the private education edifices in Iraq".
