The Faculty of Dentistry , University of Alkafeel , in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, conducted a scientific workshop : "How to use the drug interaction checker website" in the Faculty of Dentistry on Monday 3-3/3/2023 for a period of 3 days.
Lectur. Furqan Hashim Hussain delivered a lecture in the scientific workshop and touched on drug interactions between drugs that are given with a prescription or without and the types of drug interactions that involve doubling the effect and changing the body for one or both drugs . So, using the website drugs and the drugs checker in the site sets it easier to detect any drug interactions that might occur between the drugs.
The educational and scientific workshop concluded with recommendations : using the site for all health care sectors to reduce the risks of drug interactions that lead to a major defect in the efficacy of the drugs and affect directly the health of the patient.
