Sponsored by the Rector of University of Alkafeel, Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the College of Medicine hosted a distinguished scientific event on Monday, 4/3/2024. Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarmad Nadim, a consultant from the College of Medicine at the University of Manchester, presented a lecture and workshop organized by the university's Continuing Education Center, aimed at developing supervisory and practical learning skills. Attended by the Rector of University of Alkafeel, the vice-rector for scientific affairs  Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mealy, the Dean of the College of Medicine Asst. Prof. Dr. Samer Maki Al-Hakak, their vice-deans for scientific and administrative affairs , faculty members, and students. The workshop focused on supervisory methods and learning from situations, handling students and the community, feedback methods, and applying them effectively to motivate learning and self-development. Dr. Sarmad Nadim expressed his pleasure with the fruitful collaboration with University of Alkafeel, highlighting the importance of scientific workshops in supporting university students to develop their skills and achieve academic and professional success. Such scientific events are crucial in the journey of advancing science and knowledge in universities, encouraging students and researchers towards innovation and continuous development.
