The Quranic project launched by the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine proved to have a clear positive impact on Iraqi university students, according to statements from university officials at the closing ceremony of the fourth annual Quran project, hosted by the University of Alkafeel in the governorates of Najaf and Diwaniyah.

    In the closing ceremony of the project, organized by the Institute of the Holy Quran in Najaf, the head of the department of psychological guidance and educational orientation at the University of Alkafeel, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hossam Ali Al-Obaidi, spoke about the tangible impact of the Quranic project on students. He said, "We have observed a significant effect of the students engagement with the Holy Quran on their behavior and personalities, both academically and personally. Theadherence to the Quran is evident in the students who cleave themselves to its teachings."

     Sheikh Al-Obaidi expressed his happiness with the students enthusiasm and their desire to participate in Quranic activities despite academic challenges and exam commitments . He added, "Despite the stressful conditions and exams, we see many students keenly interested in the Holy Quran, participating in courses and Quranic activities held in universities. This phenomenon is commendable and indicates the need for more support from universities to harness studentspotential and guide them to the Holy Quran."

    In conclusion, Al-Obaidi called for the enhancement and support of Quranic projects in Iraqi universities, with the aim of guiding students to the path of the Imams of Ahlalbayt , peace be upon them, and the values of Quran.
