On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, the Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation Department at University of Alkafeel held a commemorative gathering in honor of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) at the College of Dentistry. The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the university rector, several deans, faculty members, and university personnel .

    The session began with a recitation of Glorious Quranic verses by Sheikh. Qudama Al-Khudhri, then there was a lecture by seid. Jaafar Al-Marwij : " Art of Time Management." He drew inspiration from the instructions of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him), particularly his saying: "Strive to divide your time into four parts: one for supplication, one for earning a livelihood, one for socializing with trustworthy friends who help you recognize your flaws, and one for enjoying permissible pleasures."

    Seid. Al-Marwij emphasized the importance of time management as a vital life skill, cautioning against distractions that steal time. He highlighted the necessity of mastering the art of managing one's time effectively, referring to wise management of Ahlalbayt (peace be upon them) : time allocation and use of one's lifespan.

    The lecture also touched on the humility of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim in applying this principle, portraying him as a role model in wisely dividing his time. The session concluded with a reflection on the oppression Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) faced during the Abbasid rule , under Harun Al-Rashid, which led to his imprisonment and martyrdom by poisoning.

    The gathering saw significant engagement from attendees, who listened attentively and pondered on the values and ethics in the life of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him).
