The Deanery of the College of Medical and Health Technologies at University of Alkafeel held a meeting on Monday 10/14/2024. The meeting was chaired by the Dean, Prof.Dr. Fadhil Sharad , in the presence of his assistants, Asst. Prof. Dr. Siddiq Ghani Joda, vice-dean for scientific affairs, and Asst. Prof. Amir Sadiq Yasser, vice-dean for administrative affairs and a number of faculty members.

    The meeting was held to direct professors and clarifythe instructions issued by the university presidency and the deanship, with a focus on improving academic performance and providing an appropriate educational environment for students. During the meeting, the Dean stressed the need to activate the committees formed by the scientific departments, and to adhere to the directives and instructions of the university presidency. The importance of the punctual attendance of professors before the lecture time and the necessity of to preserving university property were also tackled .

     The Dean also stressed the need to allocate the first minutes of lectures to guide students and raise their morale, which enhances their academic motivation. He pointed out the importance of teamwork among faculty members, while organizing work within the teaching staff in a smooth and orderly manner and observing evaluation exams and establishing mechanisms that contribute to raising the level of students.
