The Anesthesia Techniques Department at the College of Medical and Health Technologies at University of Alkafeel organized, today, Monday, 10/28/2024, a training workshop for the students of the department on "Operation of Light Microscopes and Training on Anatomy Platforms". The workshop was held in the laboratories of the Anesthesia Department with the participation of Asst.Lect. Dunya Razzaq, and Research Assistants Amin Abdul-Ridha and Hussein Al-Buraihi.
The workshop aims to introduce students to the parts of the light microscope, explain the function of each part, in addition to training them on how to prepare and examine samples using a microscope, and practical training on the use of electronic dissection platforms.
The workshop covered several topics. The first axis included explaining the main parts of the light microscope, the second axis focused on the principle of the microscope operation, while the third axis included the steps for preparing and examining samples. The workshop concluded with practical training on the electronic dissection platform.
