The Lifelong Learning Center at University of Alkafeel organized a training workshop on Saturday, 9November , 2024, in the building of the College of Technical Engineering, on “Procedures for Examination Committees”, with the participation of members of examination committees from all colleges of the university.

    The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Ali Jassim Al-Amri on the first day, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Siddiq Ghani Al-Muhanna on the second day. The workshop reviewed the instructions and procedures related to examinations according to the university guide and the ministerial instructions. The electronic Siraj system approved by the examination committees was also explained, which aims to enhance the quality of the examination process and summon the efforts of the committees to achieve the highest levels of accuracy and integrity.

The workshop was attended by the chancellor of the University, Professor Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, and Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali who praised the importance of these workshops in improving and developing academic performance in the university and stressed that the workshop represents an important step towards unifying the procedures and standards followed in the examination committees, which contributes to enhancing transparency and achieving accuracy in the implementation of exams.

Al-Mayali also laid emphasis on the use of electronic systems such as “Siraj” contributes to facilitating the examination process and providing a disciplined environment for all participants.
