The College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel , represented by Asst.Prof.Dr. Dr. Yasmine Ali Hussein, vice-dean for Academic Affairs, participated in the Curriculum Development and Teaching Methods Conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 8 to 10/11/2024. The conference was attended by a large number of specialists from different countries with the aim of actively participating in the field of curriculum modernization and development of teaching methods.

    The conference included many sessions and workshops that reviewed scientific papers on topics on updating curricula and employing modern educational strategies and techniques in the Arab world. The conference provided participants with the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge with an elite group of academics and experts in this field, which enhances the quality of higher education and supports innovation in educational curricula.

    Dr. Yasmine Ali Hussein stressed: “This conference is an important step towards improving the quality of higher education in the Arab region. It was encouraging to exchange ideas and learn from the experiences of others, and we hope that these discussions will result in the development of scientific curricula that keep pace with the rapid developments in the medical field. We hope that the outcomes of this conference will contribute to building a generation of graduates qualified to face contemporary challenges in their fields.”
