As part of its efforts to reinforce the bonds of communication with new students, the Deanship of the College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel organized a welcoming meeting with first-stage students this morning, Sunday, 12/8/2024.

    The meeting was attended by the Dean of the College, Asst Prof.Dr. Saad Mashkoor, the vice-dean for scientific affairs, Asst.Prof. Dr. Yasmine Ali, and vice-dean for administrative affairs, Asst.Prof.Dr. Ali Ahmed Hussein.

    Dr. Saad Mashkoor opened the meeting with a welcoming speech, in which he praised the choice the students made to be in the field of pharmacy, stressing its vital role in serving the community and developing the health sector. He provided a brief explanation of the college and its various departments, with a focus on scientific branches such as pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, and clinical pharmacy.

    The meeting also included instructions for students on adhering to official attendance and uniform, as they are two basic pillars of any academic discipline. The Deanship stressed the importance of positive participation in the academic programs and scientific activities provided by the college.There was an invitation to students to work hard and diligently to achieve academic excellence and professional distinction in the future. The Deanship affirmed its commitment to supporting students and providing the ideal environment to achieve their ambitions. Such a meeting reflects the keenness of the College of Pharmacy at Alkafeel University to provide the necessary support to its new students and strengthen their relationship with their academic career from day one.
