The University of Alkafeel chancellery held a detailed meeting with the deans of colleges, assistants and university staff on Monday, 12/30/2024, to set the final touches of the preparations for the Sixth International Scientific Conference. This conference is one of the most prominent academic events organized by the university, and reflects its commitment to promoting scientific research and supporting international academic communication.

    The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the chancellor of the University, and attended by Prof. Dr. Nawal Ayed Al-Mayali, vice-chancellor for scientific affairs, the deans of colleges and their assistants. The meeting was devoted to discussing the final preparations and completing all organizational and logistical preparations to ensure the success of the conference.

    In the meeting, the university chancellery stressed the importance of coordination between all departments to ensure the smooth flow of the conference events . The agenda of the conference was also highlighted, which includes scientific sessions, workshops and interactive events to enhance a scientific exchange between participating researchers worldwide.

       Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahanlays emphasis on that the conference represents a unique opportunity for the university to highlight its academic achievements and strengthen its partnerships with international research institutions. Also, he expressed his confidence in the ability of the universityto organize a conference in line with its academic status.

    For her part, Prof.Dr. Nawal Al-Mayali praises the efforts all the teamwork members in the university , stressing that preparations have reached their final stages, and that the conference will constitute a qualitative addition to the journey of the university in supporting scientific research. The conference is scheduled to be held early next year, as it will host an elite group of researchers and experts in various scientific fields to discuss the latest developments and innovations in their fields.
