The Department of Psychological Guidance and Educational Orientation at University of Alkafeel organized a mourning session on Saturday, January 4, 2025, on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali bin Muhammad al-Hadi (peace be upon them), in the building of the College of Dentistry. The session embraced a great number of attendance :  college deans , members of the teaching staff, and personnel .

    The session opened with a fragrant recitation of ayats from Glorious Quran presented by the reciter seid. Muhannad al-Mayali, Director of the Holy Qur’an Institute pertinent to Holy Al-Abbas Shrine in Najaf, in a reverent , religious and spiritual atmosphere.

    Then there was a lecture delivered by his eminence Seid. Jaafar al-Marouj to addressstations from the life of Imam al-Hadi (peace be upon him), reviewing his prominent role in confronting the tyranny of the rulers at that time, who followed a policy of physical liquidation of their opponents using poison or plots, to be a soft killing , no eye could truck them .

   Seid. Al-Marouj touched upon the stances of Imam Al-Hadi (peace be upon him) and his steadfastness in the face of the injustice and oppression of the rulers, pointing out that he endured suffering until the moment of his martyrdom by poisoning, as happened with his pure fathers (peace be upon them). At the end of the session , the attendees prayed to hasten the relief of the awaited Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah Almighty hasten his honorableresurrection ), and asked Allah Almighty for mercy and forgiveness to the believing men and women, recalling the virtue of the Ahlalbayt(peace be upon them) and their great role in spreading the values of justice and patience.
