The activities of the second day of the sixth international scientific University of Alkafeel conference , which focus on pure science , engineering and medical specialties, commenced on Wednesday morning , 8 January 2025. The conference is held with distinguished participation from the American universities of Toledo and Michigan, Al-Ameed University, and Al-Kafeel Specialized Hospital to support the scientific and research movement and create a stimulating environment for academic and research creativity.

    In the second day there were specialized research sessions in various colleges of the university : College of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medical and Health Technologies, and Technical Engineering.

     In this context, Prof.Dr. Nawras Shaheed Al-Dahan, the university chancellor , stressed that the research sessions aim to shed light on the latest scientific research and studies, pointing to the great diversity in the research specialties and also explained that this research represents an important step towards enhancing collaboration between state institutions and the private sector, and providing innovative and effective solutions to the medical and environmental problems the society confronts .

    Dr. Al-Dahan elucidates that the results of the research presented during the conference will contribute significantly to the development of the medical and engineering sectors, in addition to supporting scientific and academic collaboration at the international level, which will positively augment the path of scientific research and sustainable development.
