On Saturday morning, January 25, 2025, the College of Pharmacy at University of Alkafeel held the first-semester exams for first-year students in the smart hall, in the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassanein Shaker Mahmoud, vice-dean dean for scientific affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Ahmed Hussein Al-Mayali, Administrative Assistant, in addition to Asst. Prof. Dr. Yasmine Ali Hussein, the Examination Committee Head .
Such a step falls within the remit of the efforts the college does to enhance the educational environment, as the smart hall provides technical advanced equipment that ensures a safe and accurate examination environment, contributing to accelerating the examination process and improving students' academic performance.
"Al-Siraj" platform in the university supported by its servers, was used to ensure the smoothness and security of the examination process according to the highest standards. This experience is in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research orientation towards automating education and using modern technology to advocate the quality of education and keeping pace with technical developments.
First-year students expressed their satisfaction with this innovative experience, noting its role in reducing the stress associated with traditional exams.
