University Of Alkafeel
Under the patronage of his excellency the minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the Student Activities Department in the Scientific Evaluation and Supervision Apparatus held the Al-Noor Competition of Quran for Iraqi universities.
The University of Basra hosted the activities of the competition with the participation of 41 Iraqi universities, during the period from 2 to 6/2/2025.
Al-Kafeel University was represented in this competition by Asst. Prof.Itimad Kamil Tawfiq Al-Najm, Head of the Student Activities Department at the University. In a statement, Al-Najm stressed the importance of this participation in promoting Quranic values and a positive competitive spirit between university Iraqi students. The participating students were Ali Abbas Jaafar from the College of Health and Medical Technologies and Ali Muslim Shaker from the College of Medicine.
Such an event reflects the acumen of the university of Alkafeel to encourage its students to participate in cultural and religious events that contribute to refining their talents and strengthening their national and religious affinity .
