University Of Alkafeel
The Department of Anesthesia Technologies at the College of Medical and Health Technologies at University of Alkafeel organized on Monday 3/18/2025 a scientific lecture on protein at the General Chemistry Laboratory. The lecture was presented by Marwa Moayad Hamza and Sally Hashem, under the supervision of Asst.Lect. Ahmed Hamoudi Youssef.
During the lecture, proteins and vital functions in the body were defined, such as building tissues and promoting immunity, in addition to discussing the sources of plant and animal protein and its importance in the diet. Recommendations have also been made on the amount of daily protein and how to properly distribute it to ensure public health.
