Under the patronage of the University of Alkafeel chancellor , Prof. Dr. Nawras Mohammed Shaheed Al-Dahan, the Lifelong Learning Center organized a workshop on Monday, 6 October 2025 : "Fundamentals of Quality and Efficiency in Academic and Administrative Work." The workshop was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdul Sahib Saad Jubran Al-Sharifi, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Evaluation Department at the University, and attended by a number of faculty members and personnel .

     The workshop addressed the importance of implementing quality standards across all aspects of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research institutions. It drew the mechanisms for determining academic and administrative efficiency and distinguishing between them. It also clarified the role of the personnel to support institutional integrity and develop educational programs to contribute to achieving the highest levels of quality.

     The lecturer also reviewed a set of practical models and applications that contributed to ranking the University of Alkafeel in prestigious international levels . He also explained the mechanisms for performance evaluation and self-assessment, as well as the importance of developing individual skills to achieve the highest annual evaluation scores in comprehensive quality standards.

     The workshop concluded with a series of recommendations that emphasized the need to instill a culture of sustainable quality in the academic and administrative work environment, which solidates the reputation and academic standing of the university .
